Real Estate Sales: 

On behalf of clients, market and advocate the buying and selling, of real property on the Island of Oahu. Negotiate, write, and, review Purchase and Sales Agreements. Keep paperwork on track, in order to meet deadlines and stay within the contractual framework.

Property Management: 

Advertise rentals, screen tenants, manage payments, and distribute funds as needed. Provide clients with monthly income statements. Keep records in order to develop an annual profit and loss accounting. Deliver a 1099 tax form to clients.

Maintain Property In

Showing Condition: 

Meet with members of the building trades on the clients behalf, to arrange, supervise, and maintain needed services.

Publications: 

Compose a monthly newsletter for a mailing list of approximately 48 clients in order to keep them informed of industry trends and/or forecasts.
